Purple Ribbons of Hope
While the color PURPLE traditionally suggests royalty, strength and courage, unfortunately, it can also represent the bruises and pain many have suffered at the hands of abusers.

Attendees are invited to display a commemorative PURPLE ribbon* on the grounds of CommUnityCare’s Sandra Joy Anderson Community Health and Wellness Center 1705 East 11th Street, Austin, TX 78702
Refreshments will be served following the ceremony
This event serves as an expression of love and support to those individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault and is open to the public
