More information about the event will be forthcoming. Contact our team via email at CHACHIP@austintexas.gov if you have questions.
As you may know, since August 2011, the Austin Public Health, Travis County Health and Human Services, Central Health, St. David’s Foundation, Seton Healthcare Family, Integral Care, Capital Metro, the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health Austin Regional Campus, and Dell Medical School have been leading a comprehensive community health planning effort to measurably improve the health of Austin/Travis County residents. The first iteration of the Community Health Assessment, released in December 2012 and the foundation for the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), was based on community indicators and our community’s voice as captured in key informant interviews, focus groups, and forums throughout Austin and Travis County. Please join us as we review the second iteration of the CHA.
We look forward to seeing you!
