Austin/Travis County Community Health Plan Forum: Let's Talk About Health!

Please join us for an exciting opportunity to talk about health! Since August 2011, the Austin/Travis County Health and Human Services Department, Travis County Health and Human Services and Veteran's Services, Central Health, St. David's Foundation, Seton Healthcare Family, Austin/Travis County Integral Care, Capital Metro, and the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health Austin Regional Campus have been leading a comprehensive community health planning effort to measurably improve the health of Austin/Travis County residents. Please take a moment to distribute this information to your networks including neighbors, clients, friends, and family. Forums are an opportunity to have a voice in community health.
